Changed your mind? 14 days to cancel
- You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- To cancel, email info@london-muslims.uk with your order number and the items you are returning. We will reply with the return address, which may be one of our fulfilment partners.
- Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
- Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than needed to check it.
- For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Items we cannot accept back once opened
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened: perfume oils and attar, bakhoor and incense, miswak, and underscarves and undercaps. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
- If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have a legal right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. After 30 days you are still entitled to a repair or replacement.
- Please email us with your order number and photos. We will pay the return postage or arrange a replacement, and you will not lose out.
Refunds
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or of you showing proof that you sent them back, whichever is sooner.
- For a full cancellation we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We do not refund extra charges for a faster delivery option you chose.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
