This policy covers physical products bought from the London Muslims online shop. It does not cover appointments, memberships or donations.
Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery
- We use a third-party courier network so your order is delivered quickly and with tracking. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch.
- We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Some remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
- If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels from different parts of our courier network, sometimes on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
- Your parcel may arrive in plain packaging from one of our fulfilment partners rather than London Muslims branded packaging.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Occasionally couriers are delayed by weather, peak periods or events outside our control.

Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched we will email you the courier and tracking details where available.
Problems with your delivery
- Tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it: please check with neighbours, safe places and other people in your household, then contact us within 48 hours so we can raise it with the courier.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item: please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can put it right quickly. This does not affect your legal rights.
- Not arrived: if your order has not arrived 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.
