Allah Tala Said In Quran

:مَنْ أَمَرَ بِصَدَقَةٍ أَوْ مَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ إِصْلَحٍ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ ابْتَغَاء مَرْضَاتِ اللّهِفَسَوْفَ نُوْتِيهِ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا

Those who enjoin charity or that which is right or conciliation between people. And whoever does that seeking means to the approval of Allah - then We are going to give him a great reward.

Also

وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الْبرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى

And cooperate in righteousness and piety,

-The Noble Prophet (pbuh) صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم

has said:

خَیْرُالنَّاسِ مَنْ یَّنْفَعُ النَّاسَ,

“The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to the people.”

Also

أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَفْضَلَ مِنْ دَرَجَةِ الصِّيَامِ وَالصَّلَةِ وَالصَّدَقَةِ إِصْلَحُ ذَاتِ الْبَيْن وَفَسَادُ ذَاتِ الْبَيْنِ هِيَ الْحَالِقَة

Should I tell you what is better than the grade of fasting, praying and Sadaqah?

They said, "Yes, O Allah's Messenger!"
He said,Bringing reconciliation between people.

Spoiling the relationship (between people) is the destroyer.
